We offer free shipping on all items.
All of our items are handmade in and shipped from our studio in New Jersey. At this time, we only ship within the United States and are unable to accommodate international orders.
Once your order is placed, please allow 2-5 business days for processing, as each item is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Our free shipping option typically takes 3-5 business days after your order has been processed.
We offer expedited shipping of 1-3 business days (after your order has been processed) for an extra fee.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification via email with your tracking information. This will allow you to monitor the delivery status of your order.
All orders are shipped with insurance for your peace of mind.
ClayBayit is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Returns
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been processed. Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, it is immediately queued for production and/or shipping.
